A guide for walking with life, not ahead of it.
There are no rules. That’s the whole point.
But here’s what I’ll be doing—
and maybe it’ll inspire your own way of Trust Tripping.
🌿 It’s not about where you go. It’s about how you go.
Whether you’re walking across Tuscany or down your own street, the Trust Trip is about moving through life with openness, presence, and trust.
Here’s how:
🎙️ 1. Start each day with a spoken intention.
Say it out loud.
Let it shape your inner compass.
“My intention today is to feel connected.”
“Today I welcome joy.”
“I open to gratitude and wonder.”
It doesn’t have to be fancy. Just honest.
🌞 2. Let the day unfold.
There’s nothing to force.
No signs to hunt.
No magic tricks to perform.
Be present with what comes.
Notice what wants to happen.
Let life meet you, without needing to control the moment.
👂 3. Talk to your guide inside.
Yup—out loud if you want.
“Look at that flower!”
“Hey, Guide Inside—any ideas where I could sleep tonight?”
“That was interesting… what now?”
It’s a quiet dialogue. A co-creation. A playful partnership.
You don’t need to believe in anything mystical to try it.
Just be curious.
🤝 4. Be open to people and nudges.
Talk to strangers.
Say yes to a smile, a story, a shared coffee.
Follow the urge to turn left instead of right.
Let moments guide you.
Listen to the sounds.
Feel the sun.
Taste the moment.
What thoughts are coming up?
What are you being shown?
🧭 5. Set gentle boundaries.
This isn’t about throwing caution to the wind.
Set a time to start and stop your Trust Trip each day.
Maybe even share your location with someone.
Create a safe container that helps you relax into the unknown.
💫 That’s it.
No ticket. No plan. No pressure.
Just you and the flow of life, co-creating a day together.
Walk with life—not ahead of it.
Want to start your own Trust Trip?
You don’t have to wait for Tuscany.
You can do it anywhere—even just for an afternoon in your hometown.
And if you're joining the walk to Rome in Spring 2026,
you’ll be in good company.
But whether we meet or not, we’re walking together.
